Every month we show our employees appreciation with a luncheon. Their dedication and hard work helps Columbus Park be the success it is. Our residents are happy and their families give great feedback about our employees’ service and great customer service. At the luncheon we hand out awards and enjoy lighthearted conversation, music and food.
Our new award this month is the Customer Service Award. A vendor or family member of a resident nominates an employee and they are awarded with a paid day off! Congrats to Teresa R! The above and beyond award picked by the administration was given to Lillie D (seen with our administrator Prentice Dixon) and picked by her peers for the employee of the month was Jackie N. The ceremony ended with a raffle for “bringing a friend”- a fellow employee who had never attended a luncheon (winners seen above).
Congratulations to all of our employees that was awarded but also a big thank you to all of our employees for being present and being a spotlight in our residents’ day!
Our facility focuses on monthly incentives to reward our employees and their hard work. We have, “The Give Back Award” for employees that miss no assigned or pick up shift for 60 days and our department rewards consist of a private luncheon for an improvement on survey scores by .25 percent.
Our individual rewards for customer service, above and beyond and employee of the month also receives great incentives as well.
These rewards and incentives are just a token of appreciation for a staff that goes above and beyond daily. Great work!
