“The most important thing in life is to learn how to give out love and to let it come in.” Morrie Schwartz
At our facility, we do not only believe in this quote, but we practice it. Our facility is not only a business, but it is a home. People do not just come here for our excellent services, but arrive to their new home because of our family-like atmosphere. We treat all persons’ minds, bodies, and souls and, more importantly, care for them as our loved ones. As a family, there are certain members who stand out; ones who excel at making new and old residents feel like family members. Our nominee for Employee of the Year is that family member. What makes her that member? She is compassionate, effulgent, and altruistic. She does everything in her power to make sure our loved ones are being cared for. Our nominee goes above and beyond, not just by spending hours in the home, but providing individualized care to each member, like a mother bear and her cubs. Warmly, our nominee has learned to give out love and let it in.
